Your subscription/s will automatically continue and charge the applicable fee to your saved method of payment until canceled.
If you wish to cancel and avoid future charges, please reach out via email to [email protected], and we will send you an exit survey.
Your cancellation request will then be processed during regular business hours Monday-Friday within 72 hours of completing the exit survey.
Please Note: Cancellation requests must be made via email at least seven (7) days before your payment is scheduled to process to allow for your exit survey and cancellation request to be processed.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Club Chaos, no refunds will be given. Members are sent a reminder email from our payment processing company. Please adhere to the above cancellation policy if you wish to avoid future charges.
